Communication · 180 days

You have the whole conversation in your head. Out loud you say "yeah, I guess".

180 days of exercises run in real conversations: listening, small talk, storytelling, body language. One task a day, inside a conversation you were going to have anyway.

Sound familiar?

  • Someone tells an anecdote and the whole table laughs. You have a better one — but by the time you compose the first sentence, the topic has moved on.

  • A lift, a corridor, the office kitchen. Someone you like stands next to you — and for eight floors you both stare at your phones.

  • You're telling something genuinely funny. Halfway through you see the listener nodding out of politeness, so you cut it short with "anyway".

  • After a get-together you know everything about everyone. Nobody knows anything about you — you spent three hours asking questions and nodding.

How it works

  1. 01

    You take the test

A dozen questions about where your conversations break: starting, keeping going, storytelling or hard topics.

  2. 02

    You practise in real conversations

No role-play in front of a mirror. Every task runs inside a conversation you were going to have anyway — at work, in a shop, at home.

  3. 03

    Conversations stop being a lottery

After a month you know how to start, how to keep going, and how to tell a story people hear out to the end.

After each answer today, wait two seconds before you speak. Do it at least three times.

Done

Reflection

What did they say in the silence you did not fill?

What did you notice?

  • Day 2Ask three open questions — "what", "how", "why". Count how many extended the conversation.
  • Day 8Tell one story in three sentences: setup, complication, resolution.
  • Day 13Say one uncomfortable thing using: fact → impact → request.
What it is built on

What it is built on

This program does not teach rhetorical tricks. It teaches three crafts:

Active listening

Paraphrasing, open questions and silence — techniques known from mediators and good managers, practised in everyday conversations.

Story structure

Setup, complication, resolution. The same frame that holds up good talks and good anecdotes at a table.

Non-verbal communication

Posture, eye contact, intonation — no "body language" conspiracy theories, just exercises in making words and signals agree.

This program is educational and developmental. It is not therapy and does not replace a professional.

The questions you are asking right now

How much time does it take per day?+

Three to five minutes of reading plus one task done inside a conversation you were going to have anyway. No going anywhere, no finding practice partners.

I am an introvert. Is this for me?+

Yes — the program does not turn introverts into extroverts and does not try. It teaches you to run conversations so they cost less energy and give more contact.

Will I have to approach strangers in the street?+

No. Tasks happen in natural situations: a queue, work, friends. Difficulty rises gradually and there is always an easier version.

What if I miss a day?+

Nothing breaks. You can catch up one missed day and your streak survives.

How do I cancel?+

In your Account tab, in two clicks. Before every renewal you get an email with the price and the date.

One conversation a day. For 180 days.

The test is free and requires no card.
