What Riseva is
A development programme delivered day by day across 180 days. Each day is a short lesson, one concrete task and a question the client answers in the evening. Plus rescue scenarios for hard moments, a conversation simulator and a journal. Coaching sessions sit on top of all that — they do not replace it.
Clients reach you from a panel that shows which day they are on and where they got stuck. Before the session they fill in a short brief: the goal, the hardest part, what they already tried. You get it together with their stage in the programme — the conversation starts with the substance, not with introductions.

What you get
This is not a directory of business cards. You get the tools to run sessions and get paid, not just a listing.
Calendar and availability
Set the windows you work in and the session lengths (30 or 60 minutes). Clients book themselves, in their own timezone. No email ping-pong about dates.
A brief before every session
The goal, the hardest part, what was already tried, plus the day and phase of the programme. You know why someone is there before you connect.
Meeting room
Video runs in the browser, with nothing to install on either side. The link sits in your panel and in the client’s.
Payouts
Payments run through Stripe to your account. The panel shows what you earned, what is on its way and exactly what for.
Clients mid-programme
No funnel to build, no social media to keep up. People are already inside the programme and looking for support at a specific stage.
A profile that says something
Headline, description, certificates, languages, reviews after sessions. Clients pick you for how you work, not for who ranks higher.
Money, no asterisks
You set the rate. The platform takes 20% of every paid session and you keep 80%. There is no subscription, no joining fee and no charge for having a profile.

- Rounding always goes your way — a fraction of a penny is added to your side, not ours.
- You can change your rate at any time. Sessions already booked settle at the price from the moment of booking.
- Payouts run through Stripe. You set the account up once, after your profile is approved.
How it works, step by step

You fill in the application
The form below: who you are, what you work on, experience, rate. It takes about fifteen minutes. The draft saves itself, so you can stop and come back.

We read it by hand
No automation. A person reads it and checks whether what you describe matches what our clients need. We reply within five working days — including when the answer is no.
- 3
You complete the profile and availability
Once approved you get the coach panel: calendar, availability windows, payout details, photo. Only then does the profile become visible to clients.

You take your first bookings
Clients book themselves. You get an email notification, the pre-session brief and the room link. Afterwards the client can leave a review.
Who we are looking for
We have no list of mandatory certificates. We do have conditions we hold to.
- Real experience working with people — coaching, mentoring, skills training, workshop work. Practice counts, not paper alone.
- A specialisation that overlaps one of our tracks. One you are strong in beats three ticked off.
- Readiness to run sessions online and hold to agreed times. Last-minute cancellations are the main reason we part ways with a coach.
- Honesty about the limits of your work. If a case calls for therapy or medical help, we expect you to say so and point onwards.
Riseva is not therapy or a health service, and sessions do not replace professional help. By applying you confirm that you work in an educational and developmental capacity and know where your competence ends.
Worth having ready
The application goes faster if you prepare this in advance:
- 1A description of how you work — a few sentences minimum, the more specific the better. It goes on your profile.
- 2Certificate names, issuing bodies and years — if you have them.

Common questions
How many sessions a month can I expect?
We do not promise a number and will not start. It depends on your niche, availability, rate and how many clients are at the stage where they reach for a coach. The honest answer: treat this as an additional channel, not a guaranteed job.
Do I need a registered business?
For payouts you need a Stripe account, set up after your profile is approved. How you settle with the tax office is your side of things — we are not your employer and we do not do your accounting.
Can I work in more than one specialisation?
Yes, up to three. But one well-justified specialisation beats three ticked just in case — during review we check whether your description matches your selection.
What if I have to cancel a session?
You cancel from the panel and the client gets a notification and a refund per the terms. It happens to everyone. Systematic last-minute cancelling, on the other hand, ends the cooperation.
How long does review take, and will I hear back if rejected?
Up to five working days. We always reply — including when the answer is no, and then we say why. Silence is not a form of answer here.
